Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check-In: 4:00PM – 5:30PM Check-Out: 11:00AM. If you are planning to arrive later than 8:00PM, please let our staff know so we can plan accordingly. 

Reservation Policy
All reservations will be confirmed by a one-night deposit charged to a valid credit card at time of booking.  The remaining balance will be charged to the deposited credit card 14 days prior to the stay.  There is a minimum 2-night stay.

Holiday Reservation Policy
All reservations for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day will be confirmed by a three-night minimum stay deposit charged to a valid credit card at time of booking.

Private Event

LaPolena B&B is a very popular venue for various private events, such as weddings, receptions, dinner parties, etc.  LaPolena B&B does its very best to ensure the comfort of our guests. However, there is a chance there may be an event booked during your stay with us. We will do everything possible to ensure your comfort but cannot be held solely accountable for the actions of guests in attendance at such events.  If this is a concern of yours when making your reservation, please let Guest Services know and they will be glad to advise and guide you to the room most suitable for your comfort.   

Cancellation Policy 
Up to 15 days prior to arrival, should you cancel, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the reservation total. If your cancellation falls within the 15-day period you will be responsible for the total room charges at time of cancellation, unless LaPolena is able to re-book the room.  If LaPolena is able to re-book the room, you will be charged 10% of the reservation total.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.   Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Smoking Policy
LaPolena is a non-smoking establishment. If the smell of smoke is detected in your guest room, there will be a $250 cleaning fee added to your reservation.

Children/Pets Policy
LaPolena does not allow children under the age of 21 as, or with, guests.  LaPolena does not allow pets to accompany guests.

Accessibility

LaPolena is equipped with an elevator, however, we are not ADA compliant.  Please let us know if you have special needs we can assist with.

Guests’ Liabilities

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by their acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us guests agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by them. Normal wear and tear are excluded.

Please report any accidents or incidents to the innkeepers or other staff members of LaPolena in connection with any property damage.

Environmental Policy
LaPolena is dedicated to the protection of our planets resources and would encourage our guests to help us by:

* Switching off lights when not in use;

* Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use;

* Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels – just use what you need!;

* We will sort the recyclable rubbish collected from guest rooms i.e. paper, plastic, metal and glass.
