The launch of The Flavors of LaPolena cookbook took place on Wednesday evening, February 10, 2021. It was an extraordinary evening with purpose–a dedication to JD, and a cancer fundraiser.

Cooking demonstrations, terrific recipe samples prepared by guest chefs, and live entertainment by Galen Hunsucker made it a celebration!
